It’s the day after Christmas and you have lots of presents, weigh a little more and hopefully have lots of Christmas dinner leftovers.
Instead of just making sandwiches, why not try out new ways of using those leftovers in recipes.

Make sure to use freezer bags and write the date that you put them in the freezer. Divide food into portion sizes so it’s easy to thaw what you need.
3. Make a salad
With all of the carb loading done over the holidays, it’s nice to have a fresh salad. There’s nothing like fresh turkey or ham in a salad…so much better than the package kind!
4. Make rollups
Take some flour tortillas, add leftover turkey and/or ham, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and any other vegetables. Drizzle some of your favorite salad dressing and roll up. Delicious!

With your leftover turkey or ham, you can create a delicious casserole in no time.
